In my Fashion Product Management course, I collaborated with five other students on a semester-long project to build a brand. We designed apparel, conducted costing, developed a customer profile, created time and action calendars, managed production and manufacturing, performed environmental assessments, and executed marketing campaigns. Our efforts culminated in a successful pop-up shop concept and a comprehensive presentation to our class and professors.
